Liverpool lining up January move for creative La Liga winger

Liverpool have reportedly lined up a January move for Villarreal forward Samuel Chukwueze, according to the reports.

The 20-year-old winger has impressed with his form for the La Liga outfits this season, playing 18 games for the Yello Submarine in the league so far.

Having already secured the services of Takumi Minamino from Red Bull Salzburg, Jurgen Klopp’s side are believed to be keen on adding furthermore firepower to their offence before the end of the January transfer window.

According to The Mirror, the Merseyside Reds hierarchy is considering a move for Samuel Chukwueze before the January window comes to a close or another team hijack their move.

Liverpool are also believed to be hotly pursuing Jadon Sancho, who reportedly heads a five-man transfer shortlist ahead of the summer.

Ligue 1 giants Lyon have also been credited with showing an interest in securing the services Chukwueze over the current transfer period.

Jurgen Klopp also keeping tabs on another La Liga forward Ousmane Dembele who has been tipped to depart from Nou Camp before the end of the January transfer window following his terrible form for the Spanish giants.

However, the Catalan club are believed to demanding at least £85m for French forward and Liverpool are unlikely to splash such amount of money this winter.
