Liverpool are reportedly planning to sell Xherdan Shaqiri if they receive £25.5m transfer fee for former Stoke City forward.
The Switzerland international has played 10 games for the Merseyside Reds in all competitions this campaign, just three of those being in the starting XI.
Sevilla and AS Roma have been heavily linked with Shaqiri and, according to The Mirror, the Merseyside Reds have already knocked back loan approaches from both teams.
The report claims that the Merseyside Reds are not looking to offload the 28-year-old this month, however, that stance could change at the end of the season if the right offer comes.
Jurgen Klopp’s side signed Shaqiri from Stoke City back in a £13m contract 18 months ago and he has made a total of 40 games for the Merseyside Reds.
Meanwhile, Liverpool have joined the race to secure the services of Fiorentina forward Federico Chiesa, according to the CalcioMercato reports.
The Italian winger is highly-rated in his country and is known for his explosive pace. Fellow Serie A giants Inter Milan and Juventus and are also keen to secure his services.
The Merseyside Reds head-coach, Jurgen Klopp is looking for ways to strengthen his team when the transfer window will be re-opened in January and the Reds are believed to have been keeping tabs on him very closely over the last few months.
