Man United enter the race to sign Atalanta centre-forward Rasmus Hojlund. The Danish striker is an exciting youngster currently featuring sporadically for La Dea. Rasmus wants to play regularly and not sit on the bench, something the striker has to do more than he’d perhaps choose.
Arsenal and Real Madrid are keen on signing the 20-year-old striker who has seven goals so far this campaign. The Red Devils are the latest team to enter the battle to add Rasmus. The Red Devils are in desperate need of attacking reinforcements in the summer window.
Weghorst was signed in winter, but the Dutch striker is only on loan from Burnley and isn’t a long term solution at his age. Rasmus may not be am immediate fix for Man United and could take some time to settle in before he can lead the line at Theatre of Dreams, but he’s a footballer with immense potential who could grow and develop alongside a more experienced option.
