Man United are desperate to sign Borussia Dortmund shot-stopper Gregor Kobel. The Dutch manager wants to add a potential de Gea replacement during the summer transfer window. And, Erik ten Hag has identified the 25-year-old goalkeeper as a possible target.
Switzerland international has been impressive between the sticks for the Bundesliga giants. And his displays of late have attracted a lot of attention. Several top teams around Europe are interested in his services. And, Man United are believed to be one of the leading contenders.
However, the German club do not want to sell Kobel. Borussia Dortmund consider Gregor non-transferable at the moment. But, if the Bundesliga giants consider a possible transfer in the summer, the Swiss goalkeeper won’t leave for cheap. The German club will ask for a fee of nearly €40-50m for the shot-stopper.
Gregor joined Borussia Dortmund back in the summer of 2021. The Bundesliga giants paid €15m to add Kobel from Stuttgart. Ever since his arrival at Signal Iduna Park, Gregor has gone from strength to strength.
