Former-Chelsea forward Bertrand Traore has claimed that he is open to make a switch to Manchester United in the nearby future.
The 22-year-old left the Chelsea to join Lyon on a permanent basis earlier last summer and has impressed with the club.
He made just 16 appearances for defending Premier League champions, spending most of his time on loans to Ajax and Vitesse Arnhem.
Speaking to Onze Mundial, Traore said: “Manchester United? Why not? I will work hard and, if opportunities open, why not?”
Man Utd boss Jose Mourinho has handed Traore his debut at Chelsea earlier in 2015 Since joining Lyon, Traore has made 16 appearances and managed to found the net for six times.
The 22-year-old forward has a huge potential and Man Utd might be interested to lure him at Old Trafford in the nearby future.
The news will come to a huge blow for Chelsea as they decided to sell Traore to abroad instead of keeping him in Premier League despite several offers from the English clubs.
Chelsea former players have a history for shining in a different club and making a return to Premier League to Manchester club, for example, Kevin de Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku.
