Premier League giants Manchester United will reportedly make a big-money bod for Red Bull Salzburg striker Erling Braut Haaland when the transfer window will be re-opened in January.
Having scored seven goals from four appearences in the Champions League, Haaland is wanted by several top teams from Europe, including the Red Devils.
While the Norway international is believed to see out the rest of the season with his current club, it appears that the English top-tier giants are keen to steal a march on their arc-rivals.
According to The Times, the Red Devils are ready to bid in excess of £60m in an attempt to secure the victory the race for the 19-year-old.
Any approach from the Red Devils is likely to be matched by other teams, with Juventus, Barcelona and Real Madrid also believed to be keeping tabs on the situation.
RB Leipzig may also make a move for the Norwegian forward, knowing that they could sign the youngster for a cut-price fee due to both teams being owned by Red Bull Group.
