Manchester United are firmly favourites to secure services of Barcelona rising star Nico Gonzalez.
The 16-year-old playmaker had been one of three youngsters picked to step up to play for the club’s Juvenil A side next campaign, the final level of the Catalans famed La Masia youth academy.

While no final decisions have been made, Spanish champions have already lost a handful of their promising players this summer. Pablo Moreno is believed to join Juventus within days with Adria Bernabe to become the Man City’s latest recruit.
Joel Lopez is believed to have already told the team he will not sign a deal with them and will instead make a switch to Arsenal while Robert Navarro, perhaps the brightest prospect of the group is on the brink to sign for AS Monaco.
