Manchester United are eager to sell Alexis Sanchez, and will reportedly demand £25 million from Inter Milan, should they look to land the player permanently.
Inter took a heavy load off the Red Devils’ shoulders, when they decided to land Alexis Sanchez in the summer. On his arrival, the Chilean star has scored and assisted once and already does not seem keen on ever returning to Old Trafford.
Alexis – who scored five goals and provided nine assists in 45 matches for Manchester United – has found life at the San Siro plenty more welcoming, and is ruling for a long-term stay, when his loan deal expires.
However, according to the Sun, should Nerazzurri decide to fulfill the player’s wishes. Then Red Devils will demand £25 million from the Italian heavyweights, as well as any other suitors in the summer.
Alexis Sanchez endured his worst stint as a professional footballer at the club, and so it’s easy to understand why the forward would not be ruling for a return to the club.
At Inter Milan however, Alexis has a chance to start afresh, and the star seems to have done so, having contributed his goal and an assist in just 129 minutes of football.
Sanchez has settled quickly into Antonio Conte’s team thus far. But would have to prove to the head coach beyond doubt, that he is worth every penny.
He’d be available for selection when Conte’s roster go against Sassuolo on the 20th. After the striker missed out on Juventus‘ 2-1 win against Inter, through suspension.
