Manchester United could reportedly planning a January move for Inter Milan playmaker Christian Eriksen.
The 20-times English champions were heavily linked with the Denmark international midfielder earlier this year, however, the midfielder ultimately left Tottenham Hotspur to make a switch to Inter Milan on a contract until June 2024.
The 28-year-old midfielder has struggled to make his mark at Italian giants though, managing just four goals and three assists in 33 games in all competitions.
Eriksen – believed to be valued at £18m by his Italian team – recently dropped a hint that he could depart from Inter Milan during the January transfer window in search of more regular first-team football, and according to The Mirror, the Red Devils are eyeing a mid-season move.
The Red Devils allegedly held talks with former Tottenham playmaker during the latter stages of the attacker’s time at White Hart Lane, however, the Red Devils ultimately missed out on his services.
The former Ajax midfielder, who has also been linked with a switch to Ligue 1 defending champions, Paris Saint-Germain, managed to found back of the net 69 times and provided 89 assists in 305 games for Spurs between 2013 and 2020 before he made a move to Italy.
