Manchester United ready to hand £200m to Jose Mourinho For The Summer Transfer Window

Vice-chairman Ed Woodward is reportedly working closely with the Man Utd boss Jose Mourinho to ensure that the Reds and as many of their transfer targets as possible.

Red Devils chiefs are believed to be prepared to splash out a further £200m for players this summer to compete with Manchester City.

According to The Sun, Mourinho has a number of high-profile players settled on his wishlist for the upcoming summer transfer window, including Jorginho, Samuel Umtiti, Alex Sandro, Kieran Tierney, Toby Alderweireld and Arsenal full-back Hector Bellerin.

The Red Devils boss is desperate to strengthen defensive end for the next campaign and £200m should be enough to lure at least three world-class players at Old Trafford.

Man Utd CEO Woodward intends to work around the clock to keep the Jose Mourinho happy at Old Trafford, and the two men are also working in tandem to compete for Premier League trophy next season.

The same report suggested that Marcos Rojo, Matteo Darmian and Daley Blind, will all be allowed to leave the Red Devils after the end of the current campaign while Phil Jones and Chris Smalling could be offloaded if a couple of replacements are signed this summer.
