Chelsea star Kenedy will reportedly undergo a medical with Newcastle United on Tuesday ahead of joining them for a second season-long loan spell.
The 22-year-old spent the second half of 2017-18 season the Magpies playing a direct part in four goals to help seal a top-half finish in the English top-tier.
Newcastle head-coach Rafael Benitez had been keen to lure the Brazilian back to St James’ Park after an impressive loan spell, and the Newcastle Chronicle reported that a deal is just days away to be finalised.
Brazilian Wideman will allegedly undergo a medical on Tuesday with the Magpies, as they are confident of having him in place before setting off for their pre-season tour in Ireland next week.
A loan fee is believed to have been agreed during discussions between the two teams on Monday.
Meanwhile, Chelsea could agree on a deal for another Brazilian winger Willian who has been heavily linked with a switch to direct Premier League rivals Manchester United.
