Not Brahimi: Arsenal in real danger to miss out signing of Porto key man

Seire A giants AC Milan have reportedly entered transfer talks with the agent of Porto defensive midfielder Hector Herrera over a summer switch.

The 28-year-old midfielder is also rumoured to have attracted strong interest from the North London club as a replacement for Walse International midfielder Aaron Ramsey, who will depart the Emirates Stadium at the end of the current campaign.

Like of Aaron Ramsey, Hector Herrera will also be available on a Bosman as he has been allowed to run down his deal at the Estadio do Dragao.

According to Sport Mediaset, Italian giants have moved to the front of the queue to secure the services of the Mexico international star as talks are underway between the team and agent Gabriel Moraes.

Herrera has been used 31 times in all competitions this campaign, is also believed to be on Serie A giants AS Roma’s transfer radar ahead of the reopening of the transfer window in four months’ time.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are also eyeing move for another Porto star Yacine Brahimi as a replacement for Danny Welbeck.
