Real Madrid are allegedly open to selling the Serbia international Luka Jovic in the summer transfer window, with Arsenal said to be keen to bring the player to the Emirates Stadium.
The forward has largely struggled to make his mark for the Galacticos since arriving from the Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt three years ago, scoring on three occasions in 49 appearances.
Luka has again found it hard to contribute this season, managing just one goal and two assists in 17 matches in all competitions, and the star continues to be linked with a transfer away from Los Blancos.
According to a recent report from Fichajes, Mikel Arteta’s side are interested in landing the striker in the summer, and the Spanish outfit will consider selling the transfer flop to fund moves for Erling Braut Haaland and Kylian Mbappe.
He still has more than 3 years left to run on his deal with the club, placing them in a strong position when it comes to any potential negotiations.
The 24-year-old Jovic has been an unused substitute in his team’s last two division matches against Rayo Vallecano and Alaves, with Luka’s last appearance coming versus Villarreal on February 12.
