Real Madrid set to hijack Chelsea move for Spanish winger

November 7, 2018

Chelsea will face stiff competition from UCL giants Real Madrid in their pursuit of AC Milan winger Suso, according to the Calciomercato reports.

It was reported on Tuesday that Chelsea are currently in the process of working on a deal to recruit the Spaniard.

According to claims from Italy, Spanish forward deal currently includes a release clause around €38 million, a price that the Blues are willing to cough up to get the deal done.

The former Liverpool forward has often been rumoured with a move back to the Premier League, with the eds also touted as potential suitors, however, Real Madrid appears to now be eyeing move for Suso.

Italian giants remain desperate to retain the services of their star player, who has been in productive form for Gattuso’s men this campaign. The 24-year-old has found back of the net four times in Serie A and also has provided seven assists.

Real Madrid, however, appear to be ready to offer Maurizio Sarri’s side some competition in the race to secure services of Suso.
