Arsenal head-coach Unai Emery will reportedly only have £40m to spend this summer on recruiting the new signings after the season ends.
The North London club brought in La Liga giants Barcelona playmaker Denis Suarez on a season-long loan deal last month and it is believed that there is an £18m option to make the deal permanent when the summer transfer window will be re-opened in the summer.
However, according to The Mirror, securing the services of Spanis playmaker Suarez would place a huge dent in the Gunners summer budget, with Emery only due to be handed £40m to strengthen his team for the next season.
The report, though, has reported that Unai Emery will look to offload key players to free up more funds, with German duo Mesut Ozil and Shkodran Mustafi among those who could be set for transfer this summer.
The Gunners are currently sixth in the English top-tier three points off fourth-placed the Blues with 13 games of the 2018-19 Premier League season left to play before the summer transfer window.
