Chelsea wide man Christian Pulisic has allegedly emerged as a possible transfer target for the Serie A giants Juventus.
In spite of being sidelined through injury for a portion of the campaign, Pulisic has still played 23 times appearances across all competitions.
However, although the USA international is a key man in Thomas Tuchel’s roster, the 23-year-old’s contract at Stamford Bridge is due to run out in 2024.
Regardless of the UK government-imposed sanctions which have been enforced hours ago, Gazzetta dello Sport says that I Bianconeri are contemplating a swoop for the attacker.
The report states that Christian is one of four Blues players on their transfer radar, the other trio being Hakim Ziyech, Jorginho and Antonio Rudiger.
As well as any further developments over the current situation in West London, any approach may also be reliant on whether the Argentina international Paulo Dybala extends his contract at the Italian outfit.
Elsewhere, the club have been hit by yet another blow after shirt sponsors Three ‘temporarily’ ended their partnership with the English club.
An official statement read: “In light of the government’s recently announced sanctions, we have requested Chelsea Football Club temporarily suspend our sponsorship of the club, including the removal of our brand from shirts and around the stadium until further notice.
“We recognise that this decision will impact the many Chelsea fans who follow their team passionately. However, we feel that given the circumstances, and the Government sanction that is in place, it is the right thing to do.”
