Sevilla are reportedly lining up a ‘big money offer’ for Liverpool playmaker Xherdan Shaqiri.
The Switzerland international has only played 10 times for the Merseyside Reds this campaign and is widely expected to depart from the club during this summer’s transfer window.
A recent report suggested that the European giants would be prepared to accept an offer of between £16m and £18m for Swiss playmaker for the 2020/21 season.
Sevilla have been credited with a strong interest in the 28-year-old attacker, and according to Blick, the Spanish club are preparing a ‘big money offer’ for the Swiss playmaker in the hope of securing to lure him away from Anfield.
Shaqiri, who has also been rumoured with a switch to AS Roma and CSKA Moscow, has found back of the net seven times in 40 games for the Merseyside Reds since arriving from Stoke City back in 2018.
Jurgen Klopp’s side, meanwhile, are allegedly closing in on a deal for RB Leipzig’s centre-forward Timo Werner who has been in stunning form founding back of the net 27-times for the German outfits and his fine form has seen him linked with a switch to top-four teams in the Premier League.
