Turkish giants keen on to agree deal for Liverpool creative forward

Turkish giants Galatasaray are reportedly confident of securing the services of Liverpool forward Xherdan Shaqiri in the January transfer window and are sending two officials to negotiate with their representatives.

That is according to Turkish outlet Fanatik, however, their report also suggests that Jurgen Klopp will have the final say on the transfer.

The Turkish heavyweights are reportedly in the transfer market for a forward, and the Swiss attacker has apparently been identified as a realistic transfer target for Galatasaray.

The Fanatik report goes on to say that Swiss forward is open to making a move, and the club are willing to take him on a season-long loan deal with an option to make his move permanent.

This will be weird to see the Reds letting their back-up option for Mane, Salah and Firmino to leave the club and the Reds fans hope that he makes the right decision for him and for the club.

The Merseyside Derby is case and point, with the forward playing a big part in the 5-2 victory over Everton.

It’s likely Shaq will get some more first-team minutes over the next month in order to convince him to remain at the club and considering the Reds’ busy schedule, however, long-term he may want to consider his options somewhere else and Galatasaray could be his favoured destination.
