Real Madrid could allegedly make a swoop for Arsenal left-back Kieran Tierney during this summer’s transfer market.
The 24-year-old star has again been a key player for the Gunners during the 2021-22 season, making 19 appearances across all competitions, registering one goal and three assists thus far.
He has a contract at the Emirates Stadium side until June 2026, but according to El Espanol, Los Blancos are willing to explore the possibility of landing the Scotland international ahead of next term.
The report states that the Galacticos are poised to improve their full-back options in the summer, with Marcelo set to depart on a free transfer following the expiration of his contract.
Tierney is reportedly viewed as the perfect player to compete with the French star Ferland Mendy for the left-back spot this term, while the former Celtic ace’s ability to play as a centre-half is also thought to be appealing.
He has scored four times and picked up 12 assists in 81 appearances for the north London side since arriving at Arsenal in August 2019.
In the meantime, Arsenal are allegedly very keen on the Belgium international Youri Tielemans, who is preparing to quit Leicester City in the summer.
