Premier League outfits, Wolverhampton Wanderers have reportedly identified Watford forward Ismaila Sarr as a potential replacement to Adama Traore.
While the West Midlands outfit have little desire to sell one of their first-team stars, it stays to be seen how they would react if they receive offers around £60m for Spaniard’s services.
According to The Mirror, Wolves have already identified potential replacements for former Barcelona star, a list which includes Senegal international Sarr who has been recently rumoured with a switch to Liverpool.
Despite Watford’s relegation to the Championship, the 22-year-old forward has enjoyed a productive first season in the English top-tier, founding back of the net five times and provided four assists from 28 games.
Given the financial implications which come with dropping out of the Premier League, Watford are likely to be prepared to consider any bids in the region of £30m.
Liverpool have also been rumoured with a move for Sarr, who is friends with his compatriot Sadio Mane.
Wolves forward Adama Traore has been also on the radar of Jurgen Klopp’s side and if they miss out to lure Sarr at Anfield Spaniard seems to be a perfect alternative.
